What is my user name on PrizePlay®?
Your cell phone number is your PrizePlay® user name. You can view all of your PrizePlay® account details either in ‘my account’ within the game menu on your cell or by logging into your account at the top left of this screen
What is my secret code?
Your secret code is the code you need along with your cell number to log into your PrizePlay® account on this site. You can find out your secret code by going to ‘my account’ within the game menu on your cell and selecting ‘view secret code’
How do I download the PrizePlay® games?
You can download the games for FREE by clicking on
games or you can download the games on your cell by searching for PrizePlay® in the Verizon Media Center.
What is Bling?
Bling is the PrizePlay® currency which you win each time you reach the 170 points in any of our PrizePlay® games. Bling can be exchanged for ringtones, wallpapers and Amazon.com Gift Cards*. Click on
Get Prizes to see the range of prizes and the Bling value for each.
How do I get more tokens?
You can purchase tokens within any of our PrizePlay® games on your cell. Simply load the PrizePlay® game on your cell and select ‘buy tokens’ on the game menu. Please view the terms and conditions on your cell for full detail on the bill payments for this service.
Why did I loose all my Bling when I reached over 170 points?
When you reach 170 points you are given the opportunity to cash out. If you do not take this option and choose to carry on playing the game with your original token you are at risk of loosing the 170 points. If you reach 340 points you will be given the opportunity again to cash out or carry on. Each time you cash out you secure the Bling total you have won.
Are there other PrizePlay® games I can play?
Yes! We have a number of PrizePlay® games where you can play and win prizes. You can search for PrizePlay® in the Verizon Media Center on your cell or click on
games to download our games for FREE. You can use your purchased tokens in any of the PrizePlay® games and any Bling won in the games is stored in your PrizePlay® account. Keep checking on this site as we are adding more games throughout the year.
Why do you need my email address?
If you exchange Bling for Amazon.com Gift Cards* we need to be able to send you your claim code via email. From time to time we may also contact you with information about other PrizePlay® games/special offers, and similar products which we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your personal data to contact you by electronic means (email or SMS) with information about similar games/products, please contact us at

Where is my Amazon.com Gift Card*?
Amazon.com Gift Cards* take up to 5 working days to be sent to your email address. If it has been over 5 days please first check that the email hasn’t landed in your junk folder. Please ensure you have added prize@prizeplay.com to your email ‘safe list’. If you still can’t see the email please contact us at
support@prizeplay.com and we will check your order for you.
